I
n September of 2006 the high school library was destroyed by fire, to see pictures click here. A temporary library has been set up in portable buildings while the district determines how to build a new library. The current proposal is for a 6-12 library which will need passage of a bond issue to enable construction. For more information visit the district website and look in the announcements section at the bottom of the page


The library collection consists of over 9,000 books, including an up-to-date reference section, curriculum-based non-fiction, a biography section, and a fiction collection. The library subscribes to 43 magazines and two newspapers. Resources also include a collection of art prints and videos. The library has 9 networked PC workstations offering Internet access, an online library catalog, research databases, and Our Times and Culture Grams CD-ROM software.
